Vegetable soup
Ingredients:
200g of onion
1 piece of celery
100g of green beans
100g of carrots
30g of peas
100g of courgette
100g of potatoes
400g of canned corn
100h of broccoli
35g of vermicelli
1/4 cup of vegetable's oil
Spices and turmeric
1 tbs of salt
7 cups of water
Preparation:
-Wash and then cut all of the vegetables into small pieces.
- In a pot add the oil and shallow fry the vegetables gradually as sorted above
- Wait until they become soft then add the water
- When the soup start boiling add the vermicelli, cover the pot and leave it to simmer for half an hour; stir it from time to time.
Serve it hot in a proper bowl.
