Ingredients:
- 400g of potatoes (2 large)
- 1/4 cup of fine bulgur
- 1/2 onion (medium size)
- 5g of fresh basil (12 leaves)
- 1 tsp of cumin powder
- 1 tsp of salt
- Walnuts, basil and olive oil (to decorate)
Preparation:
- In a pot, boil the potatoes, then peel and mash
- Wash the fine bulgur. Soak for 15 mins, then drain well.
- Place the onions and basil in the electrical blender mix together. Add the bulgur and continue to mix again
- In a bowl ,add the mashed potatoes, and the mixture of basil, onion and bulgur. Using your hands combine all together
- Spread the potato on a plate. Decorate with walnuts, basil leaves and pour olive oil around the plate
