- 4 cups purslane leaves - 1 onion- diced - 1/4 cup olive oil - 1/2 tsp sumac - 4 tbsp lemon juice - 1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
- Wash the green purslane leaves, strain and set aside over some kitchen paper towels to remove any excess water
- In a small mixing bowl make the dressing by adding the olive oil, sumac, lemon juice, salt and mix well until combined, set aside.
- Finally in your choice of serving dish add the green purslane leaves and the onion, adding the salad dressing moments before serving. Mix and enjoy next to your favorite dishes.
