Ingredients:
-1 L milk
-1/4 cup egyptian rice, drained and rinsed
-1 cup sugar
-1/4 cup blossom water
-1/2 tsp ground mastic
Preparation:
-in a suitable pot, pour milk and keep on low heat until boiled -when boiled, add rice with continous stirring for 30 minutes.
-add sugar with continuous stirring for 5 mins
-ground mastic seed with 1 tsp sugar and add to the rice milk. Optional
-keep on low heat until well consistent and thick with continuous stirring.
-add blossom water and remove from the heat -transfer to small serving dishes .
-garnish with pistachio.
-serve cold.
