Strawberry Jam
Ingredients:
-1/2 kg of strawberry
-1/2 kg of white sugar
-1 tbsp of lemon juice
Preparation:
- wash the strawberries.
- hull the strawberries using a knife to cut a cone shape into the strawverry and remove the stem. Cut the larges strawberries.
- in a pot, on the stove, put the strawberries and toss the sugar above.
- bowl on low heat for one hour.
- skim the scum that has risen to the surface and discard it using a spoon.
- add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, leave for 5 mins, then turn off the stove.
- leave the jam to settle and cool.
- ladle the jam into sterilized jars then put in the fridge.
- enjoy the meal.
