Ingredients:
1kg of truffle
500g of minced lamb
3 tbs of ghee
1 tbs of salt
100g of roasted pine nuts( for garnish)
Preparation:
Soak the truffles in water for a while. Clean truffles using a brush under water until no dirt appears. After you have washed the truffles well, allow them to drain.
Peel the truffles using a sharp knife, clean in between the cracks from dirt.
Cleaning them once again very well.
Cut the truffles into small cubes.
In a pot ,fry the minced meat in ghee until cooked.
Add the truffles to the meat ,sprinkle the salt and mix all ingredients together. Cook on low heat.
Once cooked remove from heat and serve on a plate. Garnish with roasted pine nuts.
Serve hot , next to rice with vermicelli and yogurt.
