Preparation:
- chicken pieces
Preparation of marinate:
-3 garlic gloves (crushed)
-3 tbsp vegetable oil
-1 tsp of salt
-In a container, mix the garlic, vegetable oil, and salt together until the mixture is consistent
-Soak the chicken pieces after pounding in the marinade. Refrigerate for approximately 3 hours.
-brush with oil and garlic then grill.
-Serve with french fries, pickles and garlic sauce
