Lamb Meat Fatteh
Lamb meat fatteh:
Quantity for 4 persons
Ingredients:
-500 g of meat chopped cube shape
-500 g to 750 g of yogurt as desired
-2 sliced onions medium shape
-2 loaves of bread fried and chopped
-3 smashed gloves of garlic
-1 tablespoon of margarine or butter
-1 litre of water
-spices: Cardamom, 1/2 nutmeg seed, cinnamon stick, 3 carnation seeds, 2 bay leaves, 1 tabletspoon of salt or as desired.
For garnish:
1 tablespoon of fried pine
Preparation: In a pot on the stove, boil the meat with all spices mentioned above.
In the midtime of cooking, add the onions.
Keep the mix on low heat till well done.
In a pot, mix the yogurt with garlic and salt
. In the serving dish, put the fried bread, add the meat mix with a bit of the boiling water and salt, then add the the yogurt mix.
Garnish the dish with fried pine. Served hot.
