Ingredients:
-100g vermicelli
-200g minced meat fat free
-3 tbsp tomato paste
-2 tbsp ghee
-1/2 tsp 7 spices
-1 tsp salt
Preparation:
-In an appropriate pot, put the ghee and allow to heat. Add the vermicelli and stir until golden in colour
-remove the vermicelli and set aside.
-form small meat balls, add into the pot and stir until they have browned
-add salt, spices, tomato paste, vermicelli and stirring in all together.
-pour water, and keep on a low heat for 15 mins until it becomes a well consistent mixture.
-served hot.
