Ingredients:
- 1 Kg Shrimp size as desired
- 6 garlic cloves - minced
- 1/2 cup cilantro - chopped
- 2 lemons- Juiced
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp fish spices blend as desired
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander seed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
- Peel, devein the shrimp, remove the head then wash under cold water, strain and set aside on some kitchen paper towels to remove excess water.
- In a mixing bowl add the shrimp & all the above spices, then add the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, cilantro & mix well to combine.
- Place the shrimp mix into a baking dish & cook in a 350 degrees oven for 30 min or until shrimp is fully cooked.
- Transfer to your choice of serving dish & Serve hot next to french fries or rice.
