Ingredients:
-6 cups milk
-1 cup sugar
-3/4 cup corn starch
-1/2 cup water
-1/2 blossom water
-1/2 tsp grounded mastic
Preparation:
-mix mastic with water and put in a suitable pot.
-pour milk and turn on the stove.
-stir the mixture continuously using a wooden spoon.
-bring to boil, keep on heat for 20 mins with continuous stirring.
-add sugar and stir.
-ground mastic seeds with 1 tsp sugar and keep on heat for 5 mins.
-add blossom water, then turn off the stove.
-transfer to small serving dishes.
-garnish with pistachio and rose petal jam. -served cold.
