Ingredients :
- 2 kg fish ( suitable for grilling)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 head of garlic
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ cup olive oil
Preparation:
- remove scales from the fish and clean the inside. Wash well, dry with kitchen paper towels
- peel the garlic, crush with salt
- add cumin and olive oil to the garlic and mix well together
- rub the fish inside and out with the garlic mixture
- prepare the charcoal for grilling
- wipe the grill with some oil ,so that the fish doesn’t stick, allow the grill to heat before starting
- place the fish on the grill, turning over on both sides
- grilled fish is served with garlic sauce or a squeeze of lemon
