Ingredients:
1 cup of fine cut parsley
3 cups of medium cut lettuce
2 cups of medium cut cucumber
3 cups of medium cut tomato
1 cup of medium cut capsicum
1/2 cup of fine cut green onions
1/2 cup of sliced radish
1/2 cup of purslane
Approx. 1/4 cup of fine cut fresh mint
1/2 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of pomegranate sauce
1 tsp of sumak
Salt as needed
Fried pieces of Lebanese bread for decoration
Preparation:
1-Mix the lettuce, the cucumber, the tomato and the radish in a bowel
2-add the purslane, the parsley, the mint, the sumak, and the green onions, and mix them together.
3-mix the salt, the oil, and the pomegranate sauce then add them to the salad
Serve with the fried bread on top
