Ingredients :
-1 kg lamb meat for kebab
-100 g animal fat
-100 g garlic
-40 g Sujuk special spices (alternatively you can replace with a mixture of cinnamon, cumin, paprika, cardamom, cloves,and dried coriander)
-12 g hot pepper molasses
-10 g apple cider vinegar
-10 g salt
Preparation :
- chop lamb meat and animal fat as though for kebab
- add crushed garlic, Sujuk spices , pepper molasses, vinegar and salt
- mix all the ingredients well
- using a Sujuk machine, stuff the sausage (sujuk) casting with the meat mixture , while twisting to obtain equal size like sausage
-allow to dry, store in the refrigerator
