- chicken pieces -3 garlic gloves (crushed) -3 tbsp vegetable oil -1 tsp of salt
Directions:
-In a container, mix the garlic, vegetable oil, and salt together until the mixture is consistent -Soak the chicken pieces after pounding in the marinade. -Refrigerate for approximately 3 hours.
