500g fresh mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup fine semolina
1/2 cup liquid milk
1/4 cup rose water
1 cup Ater
In a saucepan, put all liquid ingredients & bring to boil.
Reduce heat adding cheese (chopped) until melted. Add semolina gradually.
Keep stirring constantly with a spatula until all combined & slightly thickened until mixture forms a soft like dough.
On a bench pour Ater, using a rolling pin, roll out cheese dough & cut in to strips.
Stuff with clotted cream/ Ashta
Garnish & serve with Arabic syrup/Ater.
