Ingredients:
-1/3 cup (50g) of soft brown Burgul
-5 tomatoes (750g) medium size.
-green fresh onion (100g) or 1 dry onion.
-4 bundles (500g) of parsley.
-2 tbsp (5g) of chopped fresh mint.
-1/2 cup of olive oil.
-1/2 cup of lemon juice.
-1 tsp of salt.
Directions:
-wash Burgul very well, drain and leave aside.
-wash parsley, fresh mint and green onions several times then drain.
-wash tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.
-chop and mince parsley, mint, and onion.
-add Burgul and lemon juice.
-add chopped tomatoes, parsley, onion and mint.
-mix all ingredients together with salt and olive oil.
-garnish (as desired)
