Ingredients:
-2 cups flour
-1 cup ghee
-1/2 cup icing sugar
-3 tbsps butter
-1 1/2 cups pitted dates
-2 cups crushed or grind pistachio
Preparation:
-using an electrical blender, mix flour and sugar together -add ghee and butter, blend until mixture softens and a consistent dough has formed
-cover and keep in the fridge for 30 minutes to rest
-in a suitable pan, heat ghee, add dates and stir until soften -divide dough into equal balls, press and form a hole then fill with date mixture
-close the dough in a round shape and dip into crushed pistachio.
