Ingredients:
- 1/2 cabbage - shredded or julienne
- 2 carrots - shredded or julienne
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
- In a suitable bowl, add cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, vinegar and salt
- Mix all ingredients until combined and let marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours approximately or overnight until the cabbage and carrots are wilted softer
- Transfer the coleslaw in a serving dish.
- serve cold as side dish or as a topping
