*Ingredients
- 2 kg of continental green beans
- 500 g meat cut into cubes (size according to desire)
- 2 tablespoon ghee
- Spoon of spices

*Method of preparation
- Wash the Continental green beans pull veins from the sides (in the form of fine thin strings)
- Cut 3-4 cm in length
- In a suitable saucepan, put the ghee, and wait for it to melt and heat
- Add the meat, and stir until the color changes completely
- Add the Continental green beans and stir with the meat
- Add spices, salt
- Toss if possible , without using the spoon until all is combined.
- cover the continental green beans and repeate flipping and tossing until it is well cooked /ripe
- Add a little water if needed (when Continental green beans seem to be a little raw.
