Ingredients:
500g spaghetti
200g minced meat
1 large onion
2 tablespoons tomato puree
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon seven spices
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup of hot water
Preparation:
- in a pot, boil water and add spaghetti
- dice the onions into small cubes
- in a pan add oil then onions and stir until translucent
- add the meat, allow to cook before adding the spices, salt and tomato purée
- add a cup of hot water stirring all the ingredients together allowing the sauce to thicken
- drain spaghetti after boiling. Pour the meat sauce (Bolognese sauce ) over the spaghetti
