Similarly, one of these outstanding individuals is Ahmad Kabbara. Ahmad is a hardworking man, born and raised in Tripoli. He graduated from the College of Business Administration in Tripoli. Besides, he explored 12 countries, performed various work contributions in 5 countries, and then decided to settle in Canada and work in project management.
Furthermore, Ahmad Kabbara completed his journey in working with charities. Hence, Ahmad developed a new inspiration and goal in life. He established the "Mission Relief" Association in 2019 in Canada, which specializes in sponsoring orphans. His mission was successful and was able to expand the association and register it in Lebanon in 2020 to facilitate and ease further sponsorship transfers.
Moreover, Ahmad expanded his other projects, including the "El-Hakawati" program (The StoryTeller) and "The Tripoli Cuisine". The "El-Hakawati" is a program where Ahmad shares many stories, proverbs, knowledge, and individual success stories with the public. As for his popular project, "The Tripoli Cuisine", Ahamd felt nostalgic for back home and desired to explore and teach expatriates and non-professionals about Lebanese cuisine. Upon that, he combined his cooking and photography skills to create Tripoli's traditional dishes and share them on his social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube. The dishes are created into short videos that present cooking techniques, as well as, nutrients found in food.
Likewise, his cuisine page is outstanding to the viewer due to the 'search engine bar that organizes recipes under titles, which eases the search process and access to recipes.
